Cancellation & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of the scheduled and agreed to appointment date without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day cancelled. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. A post-service refund or reimbursement may be issued if property was majorly damaged (causing damages of $25 appraised value or more), job was not completed in a timely manner, or service was simply unprofessional and unskilled (large unclean spots in serviced areas, blatantly disregarding the wishes of the customer, furred wood, lack of communication, etc..).

Jobs cancelled before servicing date are 100% refundable

Conditions for refund/reimbursement:

In order for the job to be refundable after the property was serviced, please make sure that:

  • The Job was completed in the last 14 days

  • The reason is well explained

The following reasons do not justify a post-service refund (refund/reimbursement issued after property is serviced), and one will not be issued:

  • The property was not in need of a pressure wash in the first place.

  • After more than 14 days, water damage appears in and around the job site; it is the customers responsibility to prepare their property as to expect many gallons of high-pressure water flow.

We reserve the right to refuse or agree to partial reimbursements as related to the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Terms and Conditions

By hiring us for our services you agree to the below terms:

  • Pressure washing is a preventative measure and does not repair already present damages. As such, if your property is already damaged prior to the date the property is to be serviced, and any further damage is caused by our brand because of said damage, we are not liable. This can be and is not limited to asphalt cracks, paint chipping and peeling, dents, weeds, and other forms of damage that were caused before our arrival.

  • Certain types of siding such as overlapping plastic and metal siding can possibly hold water for a large period of time which can cause damage, typically this is not an issue. By signing this document you understand that we are using water as a cleaning agent and we are not liable for any long term water damage caused by our services.

  • Serviceable property that is made out of wood and is stained but not painted is susceptible to the stain being washed away during the job. Nubs and Scrubs recommends re-staining serviced property that related to this criteria post job. This effect is common and is expected, as such Nubs and Scrubs LLC is not liable for damage to the stain on the customers wood property and is not responsible for the re-staining the wood.

  • Payment is agreed to by the customer and business prior to the job that is outlined below. If it is deemed by us (Nubs and Scrubs LLC) that we did not fulfill your needs as a customer, we will give a partial refund. If significant damage, negative treatment, and/or a completely botched, bad, horrible, or otherwise unbearable job is done and it is agreed upon by Nubs and Scrubs LLC and the customer, a full refund and/or re-done job will be given.

  • Payment will be accepted in two parts, an upfront booking fee, and the post-service invoice. The total price of the job is equal to square footage multiplied by our rate per square foot. Our Car Wash and Trash Can Cleaning service is an exception of this. Our work will begin only once the upfront cost is paid and if it is not paid then this contract is void and we will not supply/provide our services. The final payment will be the difference that is left after the upfront cost is deducted from the total price. This can be paid right after the job is done or in full up to 7 days after the job is done. We are a start-up so this term will likely change in the distant future.

  • Nubs and Scrubs LLC connects to the customers water system and in particular, outdoor faucets. By signing this document, you understand that Nubs and Scrubs LLC is not responsible for the water lost or the cost for said water.

  • Reschedules may be common due to weather, overbooking, and understaffing. As the customer you may get rescheduled for free or be eligible for a refund
